The principals in BDO Green Haus, in combination with Bio Dynamic Ventures Indiana, LLC (our Hemp licensor), have invested significant time working with Regulators in the State of Colorado, and the State of Indiana, to ensure that our policies, procedures and processes are at or above legally required standards on an ongoing basis.

With respect to ensuring that our products (agricultural hemp and any hemp-derived products) remain within the guidelines for Federal and State compliance, we actively test, and will test, our products throughly. We intend to sample our products comprehensively, using accredited 3rd party laboratories, as follows:

POTENCY TESTING

We will test our agricultural products using a random, homogenous sampling method (flower, leaf, stem, stalk), in a batch process, to ensure they fall inside the guidelines for total THC content, with a controlled chain-of-custody from collection through release to transport to a laboratory.

PROCESSING & PESTICIDE TESTING

We will test for required residual solvents, processing chemicals, pesticides, and heavy metals in hemp-derived products and finished manufactured goods. It is our philosophy and intent to be as ‘biodynamic’ as possible in our approaches, meaning that we will strive to feasibly use all-natural soils, fertilizers, pest control and waste-elimination techniques in our agricultural processes, inputs, processing and finished products.

 

PATHOGEN TESTING

We will test for required pathogens in hemp-derived products and finished manufactured goods. It is our philosophy and intent to be as ‘biodynamic’ as possible in our approaches, meaning that we will strive to feasibly use all-natural soils, fertilizers, pest control and waste-elimination techniques in our agricultural processes, inputs, processing and finished products.

PROFILE TESTING

We will test our agricultural products, hemp-derived products and finished manufactured goods to characterize and demonstrate the rich and robust profile of cannabinoids, terpenes and other plant chemistries as available. We pride ourselves on the quality of our genetics and the profile of plant chemistries that result from them, and intend to demonstrate that on our labeling and/or testing. Likewise, we will profile to quantify the viability and credibility of any manufactured isolate or distillate product that we produce.

We will maintain all records and test results as required by State law, and will maintain a current understanding of the Federal, State and Local regulations concerning Agricultural Hemp and Hemp-Derived Products.
